§ 1 General Information
The personal data you provide (e.g., salutation, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will be processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (EU). The following regulations inform you about the purposes of processing, recipients, legal basis, storage periods, your rights, and the party responsible for data processing. If you are redirected to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself about the handling of your data there.
(1) Purpose of Processing
Your personal data provided during the ordering process is required to conclude a contract with us. You are not obligated to provide this data; however, without your address, we cannot deliver goods. For some payment methods, we require payment data to forward to our payment service providers. Processing of your data is therefore necessary to fulfill the contract.
If you send us an inquiry by email or through a contact form before concluding a contract, we process the received data to respond to your questions and take necessary pre-contractual measures.
(2) Legal Basis
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
(3) Categories of Recipients
Payment service providers, shipping providers, hosting providers, possibly ERP systems, possibly suppliers (dropshipping).
(4) Storage Duration
We store data required for contract processing until the end of statutory warranty and, where applicable, contractual guarantee periods. Data required under tax law is stored for the legally mandated periods (usually seven years).
Data processed for pre-contractual measures will be deleted once it is clear no contract will be concluded.

You can submit a comment. Your data (e.g., name/pseudonym, email address, website) will be processed solely for publishing your comment.
(2) Legal Basis

(3) Legitimate Interest
Our legitimate interest is in facilitating public discussion on topics and products. This supports transparency and opinion formation. Your privacy is protected by the ability to comment under a pseudonym.
(4) Storage Duration
No fixed storage period. You may request deletion of your comment at any time.
(5) Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation. In the case of direct marketing, you can object at any time without giving reasons.

(2) Legal Basis

(2) is authorized by Union or Member State law to which we are subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, or
(3) is based on your explicit consent.
However, these decisions must not be based on special categories of personal data under Art. 9(1) GDPR, unless Art. 9(2)(a) or (g) GDPR applies and appropriate safeguards for your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests are in place.
In the cases referred to in (1) and (3), we shall implement suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, at least the right to obtain human intervention, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision.
§ 10 Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and the outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Article 78 GDPR.
